About Parcel Returns & Exchange
Buyers are free to return the parcel in 7 days if you are not satisfied with the quality of items. Before return the parcel, please make sure that the items are in same condition with the time when you open it. We will reject return or refund by the following situations:
1. Item used and appearance changed, it can't be taken back and sell them to other customers in second time.
2. Please submit your return request (
https://www.theonewatches.ru/index.php?route=account/return/add) and get a RMA no. before sending the parcel back to us. Do not send them without notifaction please! It's very important. Before your sending back, we will inform you detail address with the shipping agent you should use and how to keep the package in safe to protect the items inside.
Refund will be effected rapidly upon the arrival of goods and checked in normal condition. Freight for shipping the parcel will be deduced from the total order amount, the balance for the product value will be refund to buyers. No extra fees will be charged! Anyway, full refund will be paid in the situation that we sent wrong items or inferior quality products to customers, by this situation, we will take responsible for all the freight of shipping including the return shipping cost.
Important Notice: Customers need take responsible for delivery charges of returned parcel while return made with no reason or any mistake occurred on us. Besides, any parcel lost, damaged should be on liability of customers.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- We offer a 6-months warranty for every each of our watches. Warranty time period is 6 months from QC approved date.
- Warranty is only applicable for NORMAL USAGE MOVEMENT. We do not cover a broken movement caused by accident or personal actions, such as: Try to open the wacth by yourself and fix it or drop the watch on a solid floor.
- Any repair or modification you undertake yourself or is done by a 3rd party watch-smith/modder will invalidate your warranty with us, and any repairs you wish us to undertake will be a paid repair, including shipping both ways and the customs risk in shipping to us and us shipping it back to you.
- We CANNOT hold responsible for water damage as there is no way of knowing whether you submerged your watch deeper than what was recommended by us in the product description.
- We do not guarantee physical broken caused by accident or personal actions.
- We keep all invoices with date stated, therefore, we know your warranty period easily.
We will replace your order by the same unit (or different unit based on our discussion) under the conditions below:
- You received wrong watch from what you ordered (model, brand, type, or color)
- Your received watch is different from product description in our website
- Your package gets seized by customs by our suggested shipping method
